Today our family took a fun day. Karl didn't have to go into the veteran's hospital today, so we knew we had to do something good. We ended up going to an art museum. The girls loved it. We kept having to remind them not to run from painting to painting they were so excited.

after the art museum we went out to a Mexican restaurant. I don't think we have been out to eat at a sit down place as a family for like a year. We chose well. The food was good and they had beautiful brick arches ways all over.

This pic is actually a flashback from a couple of days ago when Karl came back from a run and iced his feet. adalyn insisted on joining and we let her (really we wanted to see how she would react hehe). and guess what? she liked it the weird girl. We only kept her in there for a couple of seconds, and after she kept laughing and saying "told," for "cold."
adalyn continues to take pics. these are ones that she accidently took of herself. we thought they were pretty cute so I added them.
