Living in Alaska

First of all before we left Houston we were crazy enough to get a puppy. He is a great Pyrenees named Enzo. We suprised the kids with him.

I can't remember if it happened before or after the puppy, but on June 18th Karl graduated residency! He has been so dedicated for so long and I am so proud of all that he has done.
Above is a little magic show one of the waiters put on for the kids I  the super fancy resturaunt. It is the tradition at Karl program for the graduating person to bring all his family including his kids, but it was stressful trying to keep them all happy during all the speeches and things!
Above is karl and one of his favorite attendings. Below is other graduating residents, the director, and some other attendings.

Above is all the residents. Below are the ones who graduated that year.

Above is karl accepting the deploma. Sorry it wasn't a better picture. The two younger kids were going a little crazy. Below is a pic of the family right as the dinner was starting.

We moved to alaska by air and brought all of our stuff as checked bags and things. It was crazy! 6 ticketed passengers, 7 people flying, 1 dog, 12 checked bags, 6 roller suitcases, 6 backpacks, and then all the odds and ends like a purse that kept not fitting in anywhere because every bag was too stuffed. So glad we survived that!
Above is all of our carry ons. Below is most of our checked. All in all we only had to pay $175, so that was pretty good.

We had a lay over in washington and got to spend the day with my family.

Some plane ride pics and one of Camille dressing up at grandmas.
