Karl's B-Day Fun!

 Happy b-day Karl! 28, that feels old to me :) The party week continued with morning singing, presents, and cake in bed. Yes, we all ate the cake in our bed!

 Then Karl and I dropped the girls off at a friends and went on a date to an asian festival. 

The "Celebrasian" (that was the name of the festival) was downtown so we looked a little at the sites while we were there.

 Then we came home and gave the girls their little out fits that we couldn't pass up buying at the festival. 

We had so much fun that Karl wanted asian food for dinner so I made Satay chicken, California rolls (Iknow, not really authentic), and sticky rice. It was really good!

and now here we are on mother's day! This was taken before church today. It was so bright that no one could really look at the camera :)
